Terms and conditions

CAD4U (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides custom CAD design services to individuals and businesses. These terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our services, including pricing, revisions, and your responsibilities as a customer.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services and deliverables

We offer CAD design services starting at £30 per project. This includes the delivery of one initial design and up to three customer-requested revisions.

Additional revisions beyond the included three will be charged at £10 per revision. All revisions must be requested in writing and within a reasonable timeframe following delivery.

We reserve the right to determine whether a request constitutes a revision or a new design brief.

2. Payment terms

Payment must be made in full before final design files are released. For projects requiring additional revisions, payment for each extra revision must be settled prior to commencement of that revision.

All payments are processed in GBP and can be made via approved payment methods as communicated during the quotation or invoice process.

3. Customer responsibilities

To ensure the success of your project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete design briefs and any necessary reference materials
• Review deliverables in a timely manner
• Respond promptly to communication regarding your project
• Not use our work for illegal or unethical purposes

Delays caused by incomplete briefs or lack of communication may impact delivery timelines.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you will receive a license to use the final CAD design for your personal or commercial purposes. We retain the right to display completed work (excluding confidential designs) in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unpaid or partially paid work remains the intellectual property of CAD4U and may not be used, shared or reproduced.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion, depending on the stage of the project. If design work has already commenced, a partial refund may be offered to reflect work completed up to that point.

Once a final design is delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.

6. Limitations of liability

While we strive to provide high-quality CAD designs tailored to your specifications, we do not accept liability for any losses incurred as a result of the use or interpretation of our designs, including but not limited to manufacturing errors, misprints or engineering miscalculations.

Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for our services.

7. Modifications to these terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
